After about five years of fish and veggies rolled up in rice, Kingston seems to be leaning a new direction for it’s food. Over the next few weeks we’ll see at least four new places open downtown that want to become known for their Poutine! Is this just an attempt to catch up to the average size of our neighbors to the south? Or a way of leveraging the nostalgia of the night’s that finished at Bubba’s when you were in school?
