It’s that time of the year again…FLU SHOTS!!  Not exactly the kind you order up at the Merchant on a Saturday, but almost as important. The KFL&A Health Unit will be offering up FREE flu shots in the coming months and the first clinic kicks off this weekend at the Frontenac Mall.  This morning I received mine on the air and we talked about the importance of getting yours…DO IT!!  Check their web-site for dates and times.
