More Bands Help Out Haiti And DMB Hitting the Road (Yet Again) This Summer…

Muse have added the drum kit they used for live tours from 2006-2008 to the auction to raise money for the victims of the recent Haiti earthquake.
Florence And The Machine, Foals, Klaxons, Arctic Monkeys and PJ Harvey had slready donated items for the auction, being organised by Oxfam.
Also newly up for auction is the guitar Mark Ronson played in the music video for his cover of The Zutons’ ‘Valerie’ (watch by clicking below), plus an exlcusive print from artist Damien Hirst.

Break out the Birkenstocks and hemp jewelry because this upcoming summer just got a little more mellow: the Dave Matthews Band have announced a massive North American summer tour.
The jaunt will kick off at the end of May and continue throughout September. Supporting acts include Sharon Jones And The Dap Kings, Ben Harper And Relentless7 and Gov’t Mule. Tickets go on sale Feb. 26.
Let’s hope there are no problems with waste management this time around and that innocent boating tourists will not be greeted with unwanted gifts from above.
Dave Matthews Band will also perform at Sunday’s (Jan. 31) Grammy Awards where their Big Whiskey & The GrooGrux King disc is nominated in the best rock album and album of the year categories.
The tour comes to Toronto’s Molson Amphitheatre on June 1st…
