This week Matt takes on Colleen Ogilvie from Queen’s Women’s Volleyball.

Colleen lead Gaels to its first OUA Final Four womens volleyball appearance since 2004 by dethroning the defending champion York Lions 3-1 on Saturday.

The third year mechanical and materials engineering major was the games leading scorer tallying 17 points, on 12 kills, three aces and two blocks.

Ogilvies three aces came in the fourth and final set with the Gaels sitting 11-9. With the momentum teetering, she led a four point charge that moved the score to 15-9 and put the match out of reach for the Lions. (more…)
