Linkin Park, Alanis Morissette and the Dave Matthews Band are among the artists donating unreleased music to help victims of the Haiti earthquake.

They have created “Download To Donate For Haiti,” a collection of songs to raise money for Linkin Park’s charity, Music For Relief, as well as Dave Matthews BAMA, Habitat for Humanity and the U-N Foundation’s Central Emergency Response Fund. (more…)

The Killers are to go on hiatus following their gig in Melbourne, Australia on Feb. 21, guitarist Dave Keuning says.

Last month John Frusciante confirmed he’s no longer a member of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Now Josh Klinghoffer, who previously toured with the Peppers and was rumored to be Frusciante’s replacement, has revealed that he has officially joined the band, Music Radar reports.
