Thank God there are only two more days left of MOvember. This stache has been really starting to annoy me. It’s long and pretty ugly. However, I continue to be complimented by dudes…one guy last week said it was “epic”. Over the weekend a girl told me I looked BETTER with the stache. She said I looked like a real man. I think she was nuts, but I’ll take it. However, the biggest update for this week is a new donation. A listener who came in for the “Live @ THE DRIVE” last week gave me another $20!! Thank you sooo much Kim. I’m now at $40…almost a dollar per day to wear this thing! Any last minute donations for prostate cancer, send them here. Reid’s Movember Page
Final Week:
Ok, here’s the point in the Movember campaign when I start begging. It’s the final week, the final push, my final chance to say…”Please donate to my Movember Page“. I’ve been ridiculed for over three weeks. It’s time to put an end to the embarrassment and hope that I helped make a tiny little difference. The stache has grown in quite nicely. I think at some point in a past life I was a red head, because there is a lot of red in my stache. I apologize to everyone who has had to look at me during Movember. My friends, my girlfriend, my co-workers, and the poor cashier at Swiss Chalet. With one week left, here’s the latest pic.

Week Three:
As I write this, we are half way through Movember. It’s November 15th and I look as creepy as ever. It is really funny hearing peoples’ reaction to my stache. The women hate it. Today I was told to “Get the hell outta here!”. Guys however say “Nice stache!” Some people have even told me they HATE the whole Movember thing. They don’t get it, too creepy, over blown, etc…That may be true, but people are talking about prostate cancer and we are raising money, kinda. Most dudes tell me they haven’t raised a cent. Oh well. I’m still at $20. If you’d like to help out, Reid’s Movember Page. Btw, you’ll notice the “flavour saver” is now gone!

Week Two:
Ok, things are starting to look really creepy. I raised my first $20 this week as well. I don’t really have a goal, but would love to raise as much as possible. It seems like everyone is doing Movember this year which is great for awareness.

Week One:

If you are taking part in Movember this year, you are doing it in the fine company of yours truly and The Man, The Legend, The Moustache…Hal Johnson from Body Break. This year he is their spokesperson and after 5 years he’s bringing back the moustache, kinda…it’ll be a goatee this time around. We chatted it up on Friday October 29th. Have a listen.
